Allah menambahkan pada ciptaan-Nya apa yang dikehendaki-Nya. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Kuasa atas segala sesuatu.

LANGKAH-LANGKAH YANG PERLU DIAMBIL UNTUK MEMENUHI TUNTUTAN PEMBANGUNAN DALAM PENCAKUPAN WILAYAH Disaat masa tahun teknologi sekarang banyak kendala yang dihadapi dalam pemenuhan strukturisasi pencapaian pembangunan tersebut,selayaknya seperti organ tubuh kita yang membutuhkan asumsi gizi dalam kondisi ilmiah kesehatan tak halnya sama dengan pembangunan gedung yang berintegritas tinggi dalam kehidupan ini. Adapun beberapa hal yang dibutuhkan dalam pencapaian pemenuhan pembangunan yang abstrak dan real antara lain sebagai berikut : 1. Integritas studi pembelajaran kelayakan dengan pengelolaan lingkungan sekitar kita. Dalam prospek kali ini lebih dipacu khususnya proyek besar,semisal hal ini proyek haruslah direncanakan dengan memperhatikan dampak yang akan ditimbulkan disaat pembangunan proyek. Adapun contoh realnya adalah pembangunan jalan tol yang melibatkan eksekusi jalan dari penempatan penduduk disekelilingnya, Pembangunan pabrik yang mengacu pada pelestarian lingkungan masalah hasil produksi dengan daya tampung limbah yang sesuai atau tidak dengan anggaran pelestarian lingkungan sistem akulturasi jaringan yang ada , Pembangunan gedung bertingkat yang menghabiskan beberapa bahan material di lingkungan tempat bekerja yang sesuai dengan sumber daya alam yang tidak menimbulkan erosi ladang pemampatan wilayah struktural di tempat dan masih banyak lagi yang harus dikedepankan di tahun- tahun mendatang dalam pencapaian Amdal(Antisipasi dampak lingkungan). Dalam integritas studi pembelajaran sistem struktural ada 2 sistem dalam pencapaian pembangunan kelayakan yang mencetuskan paradigma yakni antara lain: a.Paradigma lama Suatu konsep pembelajaran yang masih menggunakan wacana lama yang mungkin masih diperjelas dengan penggunaan beberapa teknologi kuno yang masih berfungsi di kalangan masyarakat. Dari segi pembangunan suatu proyek ini lebih membutuhkan waktu yang lama dengan usaha yang dilakukan terutama masalah anggaran yang terperinci maupun sistem transparan pengendalian dampak terhadap lingkungan khususnya masalah teknologi maupun keuangan ekonomi yang dipergunakan dalam lingkup ruangan pembelajaran proyek tersebut. b.Paradigma baru Suat konsep yang mana sekarang dijalankan dengan menggunakan teknologi yang sangat mutakhir dan mumpuni dalam proyek pembelajaran pengedalian lingkungan sekitarnya, yang mana butuh waktu yang sangat singkat yang mungkin dalam proses pengajuan transkrip solusi penyelesaian masalah proyek tersebut. Namun ada kendala lain yakni mungkin membutuhkan employer yang ahli dalam pengkhususan proyek pengadaan tersebut.Begitupula keuangan yang begitu besar yang harus dimiliki dalam anggaran pembelajaran maupun pencapaian dalam perluasan tehadap dampak sosial dilingkungan setempat tempat bekerja. 2.Pemilihan teknologi yang tepat. Adanya teknologi yang mutahir yang sesuai dalam pengadaan sebuah proyek haruskah sangat diutamakan sewaktu-waktu dan juga begitu penting dalam urusan pengedalian tututan pembangunan kawasan wilayah semisal hal tersebut diantara lainya: a.Penghematan penggubaan sumber daya alam(SDA) b.Penghematan energi baik dari dalam proyek semisal pemilihan tenaga kerja didik pengaktifan mesin teknologi maupun energi di luar semisal penggunaan bahan bakar yang akan digunakan. c.Pengolahan limbah semisal adanya daur ulang dalam sistem pengadaan proyek. d.Penggunaan bahan material yang awet dan berumur panjang semisal penggunaan baja staleis stell tang mumpuni dalam priyek sesuai SNI (standar nasional indonesia). e.Adanya substitusi sumber daya alam yang habis sekali pakai dengan sumber daya alam yang dapat diperbaharui. f.Hindari manipulasi konsumen,dan lain-lain. 3.Pengolahaan kualitas lingkungan sekitar proyek. Diantara berbagai penggolongan kualitas lingkungan harus mencakup berbagai hal positif yang bisa meningkatkan kadar air maupun mineral yang bersih di sekitar kita maka dari itu harus terlangkahkan sebagai berikut tentang kehidupan biotik maupun abiotik sebagai berikut: a.Lingkungan yang dapat berubah akibat dari sebuah pembangunan, percontohannya sebagai contoh pemulihan pemanfaatan lingkungan yang berlimbah. b.Perubahan yang mendasar terhadap konsumen,produsen,maupun sumber daya alam yang ada. Dari pertimbangan berbagai fisik yang mencakup sumber daya sosial akan mampu meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya alam agar tidak terjadi kemrosotan.
